Aportacions de l’Escoltisme a l’Educació Social: Una experiència de treball conjunt

Com a tal, s’ha convertit en un suport de l’Educació Social a l’hora de treballar amb la infància i adolescència desemparada. Aquest document presenta un estudi de cas que té la finalitat d’analitzar les aportacions que fa l’Escoltisme a l’Educació Social estudiant el treball educatiu conjunt fet entre un Centre Residencial d’Acció Educativa i un Agrupament Escolta. Per recopilar la informació s’han realitzat entrevistes als educadors i monitors de lleure. A més, s’ha dut a terme un grup de discussió entre els educands protagonistes de l’experiència. Les conclusions que han sorgit arran de l’estudi mostren els beneficis obtinguts amb l’experiència, els vincles afectius establerts durant el procés i la importància de tenir en compte l’educació en el lleure com a àmbit de l’Educació Social.[spa] El Escultismo es un movimiento educativo que se ha constituido como un pilar fundamental en la educación en el ocio. Como tal, se ha convertido en un soporte de la Educación Social a la hora de trabajar con la infancia y adolescencia desamparada. Este documento presenta un estudio de caso que tiene la finalidad de anlizar las aportaciones que realiza el Escultismo a la Educación Socail, estudiando el trabajo educativo conjunto hecho entre un Centro Residencial de Acción Educativa y un Grupo Scout. Para recopilar la información se han realizado entrevistas a educadores y monitor. Además, se ha llevado a cabo un grupo de discusión entre los educandos protagonistas de la experiencia. Las conclusiones que han surgido a raíz del estudio muestran los beneficios obtenidos con la experiencia, los vínculos afectivos establecidos durante el proceso y la importancia de tener en cuenta la educación en el ocio como ámbito de la Educación Social.[eng] The Scouting is an educational movement which has been constituted as a fundamental pillar in the education and leisure. It has become a Social Education basis when working with the helpless childhood and adolescence. This document presents a case study which aim is to analyse the contributions made to the Social Education of the Scouting, providing knowledge drawn from the educational work between a Residential Centre of Educational Action and a Scout Group. In order to gather the information, several interviews have been done to educators and teachers. Additionally, it has been performed a discussion group between the principal actors of this experience. The conclusions issued from the study show a collection of benefits got from the experience, emotional bonds established during the process and the importance of taking into account the Education within the leisure as a field of the Social Education

Identificación de las causas de las patologías estructurales de la Iglesia del Hogar Pignatelli (Zaragoza)

Se presenta un análisis mediante elementos finitos realizado a la estructura de una Iglesia del siglo XIX. En él se consideran diferentes condiciones de enlace en el terreno que incluyen la interacción suelo-estructura. También se ha redefinido repetidamente la malla para modelar las sucesivas situaciones de colapso local de la estructura. Finalmente se apuntan las causas de las patologías estructurales existentes.Peer Reviewe

Performance evaluation of an online load change detection algorithm

Volume 1, p. 261 - 266In this paper we evaluate an online load change detection algorithm, aimed to identify changes in traffic loads when monitoring Internet links. This online change detector was first introduced in [1] and produces an alert when a sustained and statistically significant change has been detected. Then, the network manager verifies the change and takes action if the change is truly relevant. Synthesis and reactivity of cyclopentadienyl chloro, imido and alkylidene tungsten (VI) complexes

This paper describes the synthesis and characterization of alkylidene pentamethylcyclopentadienyl imido tungsten(VI) complexes via α-hydrogen abstraction processes from suitable alkyl derivatives. Reaction of WCp*Cl4 with one equivalent of NH2R (R=tBu, 2,6-Me2–C6H3), two equivalents of NEt3 and subsequent oxidation with PCl5 affords the pentamethylcyclopentadienyl imido tungsten derivatives, WCp*(NtBu)Cl32 and WCp*(N-2,6-(Me2)–C6H3)Cl34. Alkylation of complexes 2 and 4 with 1.5 equivalents of ZnMe2 under appropriate conditions yields the trimethyl derivatives WCp*(NtBu)Me35 and WCp*(N-2,6-(Me2)–C6H3)Me3 6. Exposure of complex 6 to sun-light leads to the formation of WCp*(N-2,6-(Me2)–C6H3)(CH2)Me 7 through a α-hydrogen abstraction process. Analogously, complex 2 reacts with 1.5 equivalents of Mg(CH2Ph)-(thf)2 or three equivalents of LiCH2SiMe3 to give the alkylidene complexes, WCp*(NtBu)(CHPh)(CH2Ph) 8 and WCp*(NtBu)(CHSiMe3)Cl 9, through a spontaneous α-hydrogen abstraction process in these cases

Oppisopimuskoulutuksen järjestäjän viranomaistehtävät

Opinnäytetyön aiheena on selvittää oppisopimuskoulutuksen järjestäjän viranomaistehtävät. Tavoitteena on selvittää oppisopimuskoulutuksen viranomaistehtävään vaikuttavat lait ja asetukset sekä miten lainsäädäntö vaikuttaa oppisopimuskoulutuksen järjestäjän toimintaan. Tässä opinnäytteessä tutkimusmenetelmänä käytettiin kvalitatiiviseen tutkimusmenetelmään kuuluvaa teemahaastattelua. Haastattelun teemoja olivat oppisopimuskoulutuksen viranomaistehtävät, lainsäädäntö sekä niiden vaikutus oppisopimuskoulutuksen järjestäjän toimintaan. Teemojen valintaan vaikuttivat opinnäytteen keskeiset käsitteet. Haastateltaviksi valittiin henkilöitä, jotka toimivat oppisopimuskoulutuksen viranomaistehtävissä. Tutkimus osoitti, että oppisopimuskoulutusta koskeva lainsäädäntö on laaja ja monipuolinen. Toimintaa ohjaavat lait ja asetukset useasta eri laista. Oppisopimuskoulutuksen järjestämistä voidaan pitää tarkimmin säädeltynä koulutuksen järjestämismuotona. Oppisopimuskoulutuksen viranomaistehtävät ovat sekä hallinnollisesti että oikeudellisesti vaativimpia koulutuksen järjestäjän tehtäviä. Oppisopimuskoulutus on erityinen koulutuksen järjestämismuoto. Siksi sen erityispiirteiden tulee vaikuttaa oppisopimuskoulutuksen järjestäjän toiminnan organisointiin. Oppisopimuskoulutuksen järjestäminen ei ole oppilaitoslähtöistä toimintaa vaan koulutuksen järjestäjälle kuuluvaa hallinnollista toimintaa. Tämän vuoksi toiminnan organisoinnissa on otettava huomioon henkilöstön osaaminen ja määrä sekä annettava oppisopimustoimistolle riittävän itsenäinen asema, jotta viranomaistehtävän hoito korostuu. Tutkimuksessa tuli esille että oppisopimuskoulutuksen viranomaistehtävää ei ole selkeästi määritelty lainsäädännössä. Oppisopimuskoulutuksen järjestäjien toimintaa on syytä ohjata yhdenmukaisemmaksi.This thesis deals with the official duties of an apprenticeship training provider. The purpose is to find out about the laws and regulations that affect apprenticeship, and how legislation affects the operation of an apprenticeship training provider. Qualitative research methodology, including a theme interview, was used as a research method. The interview topics included the official duties of apprenticeship training and legislation and their impact on the operation of an apprenticeship training provider. These subjects were chosen because of the key concepts of the thesis. The interviewees were people who work for an apprenticeship training provider. The research showed that apprenticeship legislation is wide and varied. Operation is guided by different kinds of laws and regulation. Apprenticeship training can be regarded as the most closely regulated form of organized training. The official duties of apprenticeship training are legally and administratively the most demanding tasks of an education provider. Apprenticeship training is a special type of vocational training. Therefore, special features will affect the organization of an apprenticeship training provider’s operation. Apprenticeship training in an organization should not be school-oriented; it should be administrative activity that is responsibility of the apprenticeship training provider. Therefore, the amount and expertise of personnel and independence has to be taken into account. Also, the apprenticeship training provider must be able to function independently enough so that the task of apprenticeship training as an official duty will be emphasized. The research showed that the official duties of an apprenticeship training provider are not clearly defined in legislation. The apprenticeship training providers’ operation should be controlled to make it more uniform

Application of machine learning techniques to optical communication systems and networks

This TFM reviews the application of machine learning techniques in optical communication systems and networks. In addition, it studies and compares the characteristics of various machine learning methods, such as: support vector machines, logistic regression, decision trees and random forests, to predict the quality of transmission when using optical circuits in wavelength routed optical communication networks. The models developed in this TFM offer better performance than previous proposals, mainly in terms of computing time, making possible its use in online mode even in highly dynamic networks, in addition to being simpler.El presente TFM realiza una revisión de la aplicación de técnicas de aprendizaje automático en los sistemas y redes de comunicaciones ópticas. Además, estudia y compara las características de diversos métodos de aprendizaje automático, tales como: máquinas de vectores soporte, regresión logística, árboles de decisión y bosques aleatorios, para predecir la calidad de la transmisión al emplear circuitos ópticos en redes de comunicaciones ópticas con encaminamiento por longitud de onda. La empresa pública en España en perspectiva histórica

Se trata de una reseña histórica sobre la empresa pública en España, con el fin de explicar lo acontecido en este ámbito, en el período de tiempo que transcurre desde el siglo XVII hasta antes del inicio de la guerra civil. El trabajo se estructura en 3 grandes segmentos: el primero de ellos formado por la motivación y la introducción al tema; tras esto llega el desarrollo principal del trabajo dividido en tres bloques: Antiguo Régimen, Configuración del estado liberal (XIX) y Restauración, Dictadura y Segunda República. Ya en el último segmento del trabajo vendrían las conclusiones obtenidas la largo del desarrollo de este.Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresa
